Artec
DTV Inc. provides one year parts and warranty to all
of our products from the date of purchase unless otherwise
stated. During this period, Artec will repair or replace
components of the product that is tested as defective
from consumer's regular usage. This Limited Warranty
shall not apply to the defective product that has caused
by consumer's unreasonable use, accident, negligence
or modification done other than by Artec's authorized
service technician.
For
Distributors and End Users:
1. Download the RMA Application Form and filled
in all fields.

2. Email the RMA application Form according to your
region.
3. All RMA Returns must follow these instructions:
a) The RMA number must be clear and prominently written
on the outside of the package.
b) You are responsible for shipping your RMA to us.
There are no specific packing instructions, but please
be sure to properly secure the contents inside
the package and use proper packaging materials to avoid
damage during shipping.
c) We recommend you use shipping companies that can
provide you with a tracking number. For example, FedEx,
UPS, DHL.
4. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from
the date of issue.
